How do I book a stay?
You can book directly through our website or find us on Airbnb and VRBO. Booking direct often gives you the best deal and access to special perks.
What amenities are included in the homes?
Each of our properties is fully stocked and thoughtfully designed. Most include game rooms, hot tubs, fire pits, outdoor spaces, smart TVs, WiFi, and full kitchens. Specific amenities vary by property—check the listing for full details!
What’s the check-in/check-out process?
All of our properties use smart locks or keypads for easy self-check-in. You’ll receive detailed instructions before your arrival. Check-in is typically at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM (unless otherwise noted).
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
When possible, yes! Just reach out ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule, depending on cleaning and guest turnover.
Who do I contact if I have an issue during my stay?
Our team is available 24/7. You’ll receive contact info before your trip, and we’re always just a text or call away if anything comes up.
Are your homes family-friendly?
Absolutely! Many of our properties are designed with families in mind, featuring bunk rooms, play spaces, games, and kid-friendly touches to keep everyone entertained.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals—but all of our properties are pet-free to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, including those with allergies.
Can I host an event or celebration at the property?
Events are available on request at select properties and may require prior approval and an additional fee. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll help you figure out what’s possible!

Do I need to have a property already?
Not at all! We help many first-time investors find and purchase their first property. We can connect you with the right markets, agents, and strategies to get started.
What kind of investors do you typically work with?
We mostly work with first-time investors who are looking to create passive income and long-term wealth. Many are busy professionals or families who want a hands-off experience.
Is this available to people outside the U.S.?
Yes! While we currently only manage properties in the U.S., we work with clients from around the world.
How involved do I need to be?
It’s completely up to you. We offer everything from one-time setup services to full hands-off management. Our goal is to make it easy and tailored to your needs.
